Training for unknown | ep-029

We spent some time at Zaftig Brewing Company with Jessica Croisant from Sugarstride Podcast and Travis Lloyd talking about training for the unknown. How do you train for mountains when you live as a flat-lander? How do you deal with unknown weather that may happen during a race/event or a completely different climate than used to? We give our tips and experience in those situations while enjoying some great beer.

Enjoy!
